ERA Environmental Consulting, Inc was founded in 1995 in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle area. Early software development efforts in conjunction with the University of North Carolina resulted in an Air Emissions software product designed to meet the needs of industries using large quantities of paints and coatings. Those early development efforts specifically addressed the reporting burden created by the introduction of the Surface Coating NESHAPS. From its very beginnings ERA's development efforts have paralleled the growing body of environmental rules and reporting. You can find ERA's software in virtually every industrial sector across the US and Canada and with many of America's most respected companies.

Our team of professionals has submitted hundreds of Title V applications and has been responsible for environmental projects across the US & Canada. We know what our clients need to get accurate reports, on time and with minimum effort and costs. Other available software products may cover basic recordkeeping and reporting but they offer limited training and support for the initial system set-up and no alternative to manually entering data. This lack of automated functionality only adds to the effort and time required to implement and maintain the system. Complicated set up procedures and time-consuming data entry are enough to make clients abandon these software programs. ERA's development efforts are focused on improving methods for importing and migrating Environmental, Health and Safety information to alleviate the Implementation Fatigue commonly associated with new application start ups. All of our systems allow electronic import of chemical information from multiple coating vendors. We also offer full training and technical assistance throughout the entire initial set up process.
