- Division of Air and Waste Management : The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control houses the Division of Air and Waste Management. http://www.awm.delaware.gov/Pages/aboutagency.aspx This division regulates emissions of air contaminants through construction and operating permits for industrial facilities, inspection and emission testing of these facilities, environmental regulation enforcement, and emission testing requirements for vehicles.
