MSDS Authoring

To comply with government regulations, manufacturers need to supply Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) to provide information about their products. These MSDSs demonstrate whether or not a product complies with the relevant health and safety regulations associated with it. Like most regulatory elements, authoring and updating MSDS sheets can be challenging, time consuming and fraught with error.

Why is CERTIS different?

CERTIS is a user friendly, accessible, web based software application designed to streamline data management for coating distributors. CERTIS creates MSDSs & Technical Data Sheets (TDSs) on existing and blended products, with easy to use templates. Early in the implementation phase, ERA will review all of your existing formulations/blends and look for commonalities. Many blends will likely be based on common material inputs. Using the findings from this review, ERA will construct templates for categories of common formulas. When you are ready to create a blend, just select the template that most closely matches the new blend and edit accordingly to save yourself time and hassle.
