Utility Tracking

The Utilities Module allows you, as an Environmental Manager, to track purchased energy from indirect sources, such as your local utility. It also allows you to account for energy derived from on-site generation, in the case of your facility utilizing on-site boilers, furnaces and kilns.

ERA's regulatory database provides built-in AP-42 Emissions Factors for these calculations, ensuring absolute compliance for each facility. Alternatively, clients may utilize specific manufacturer's guidance or any other justified means, such as Stack Tests. Calculations are converted to CO2 Equivalent numbers that can be used in managing your greenhouse gas emissions for on-site facility management purposes, or for a corporate-wide bird's-eye view approach.
